At GMF Solution, we absorb 100% of the initial upfront engineering, design, and hosting infrastructure costs (typically valued between £1,500 and £5,000). In exchange for zero upfront design fees, all standard website plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis under an initial 12-month minimum service commitment term.
The guaranteed 24-hour turnaround begins strictly upon full completion and submission of the post-checkout client intake form (including logo, core business details, contact information, and initial service list). Form submissions missing critical assets may pause the clock until required details are supplied.
Your recurring subscription fee covers high-speed edge cloud hosting, SSL certificates, automated daily backups, speed optimizations, and ongoing minor content updates (text, image, contact details, opening hours). Major structural redesigns or custom software modules outside your plan tier can be quoted separately.
Subscriptions are automatically billed monthly via Stripe. After completion of the initial 12-month term, service automatically transitions to month-to-month flexibility, cancellable at any time with 30 days notice.
